If you wish to make a change or return, you have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
Your products must be in the same condition as they were delivered , along with the parts, packaging and a copy of the order details or a paper with the order number so that it can be identified.
Along with the returned items, you must include your name, surname, address (specifying that it is a return in the package) and a telephone number so that we can contact you if there is any problem with your return.
Once the condition has been checked, the corresponding amount will be paid if the jewel is in perfect condition. If not, the customer will be offered to repair the piece if it is defective or to refund the amount if the piece has arrived in poor condition and has not been broken or damaged by the buyer.
All PLATADEPALO jewellery has a three-year guarantee from delivery or two years if purchased before 2022. If during this period your jewellery breaks or is damaged, please contact us.
We will need you to keep the defective product and send us a photo showing its condition, so that we can process your incident. We need to check the condition in order to provide you with a solution. Once assessed, depending on the situation and the product, we will offer you one solution or another.
This warranty does not cover breakage due to misuse, wear and/or scratches caused by use, wear of the gold plating or dirt on the jewelry.
