Exchanges and returns

If you wish to exchange or return an item purchased at www.platadepalo.com you can do so within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
 
Your products must be in the same condition as when they were delivered, along with the parts, packaging and a copy of the invoice or a paper with the order number on it so that it can be identified. Along with the returned items, you must include your name, surname, address (specifying that it is a return in the package) and a telephone number so that we can contact you if there is any problem with your return.
 
Returned items will be carefully inspected. Once their condition has been checked, the corresponding amount will be paid if the jewellery is in perfect condition. If not, the customer will be offered to repair the piece if it is defective or a refund if the piece has arrived in poor condition and has not been broken or damaged by the buyer.
 
The options we offer for exchanges and returns:
 
  1. If it is a size change: when you return it you must indicate to us by email the size you want.
  2. If you are exchanging a product you have purchased for a different product: generate a personalized code for the total amount of your purchase or the parts you want to exchange so that you can exchange it for another product that has the same or higher price. If it is higher, you should pay the difference.
  3. If it is a return: we will refund the amount of the parts you want to return.

Once we have received the parts, we will proceed to make any of the options you choose.
