Payment methods

Payment for the products and the respective shipping costs can be made by:

• PAYPAL
• With credit cards (VISA, VISA ELECTRON AND MASTERCARD)
• GOOGLE PAY
• APPLE PAY
• Only for national orders: Sequra - Bank transfer

1.1 The user who purchases products on the website agrees to pay at the time of confirming the purchase.

1.2 Payment for the products and the respective shipping costs can be made by PAYPAL, credit cards (VISA, VISA ELECTRON AND MASTERCARD), GOOGLE PAY, APPLE PAY and SEQURA. Platadepalo is committed to using the most efficient and secure methods of current technology to transmit data and payments for each transaction. These shipments will always be encrypted through a secure server (SSL).

1.3 In the event that the user makes payment by credit card, the bank details will be transmitted via a secure protocol to PAYPAL or other providers responsible for providing the respective remote electronic payment services, without any third party being able to access them under any circumstances. Such data will never be used by Platadepalo except to complete the procedures relating to the purchase, to issue the corresponding refunds in the event of any returns and to prevent and inform the police forces in the event of fraud being committed by the buyer.

1.4 The purchase price of the products and the shipping costs will be debited from the user's account at the time of order confirmation.

1.5 Within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of payment confirmation, Platadepalo will send the user, by email, a confirmation of the purchase, including the order number. This confirmation is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase.

1.6 The invoice corresponding to the purchase made will be sent to the customer in print by e-mail or together with the product or if the customer so requests. Credit card fraud is a crime and Platadepalo will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our store.
