Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days or the period indicated by the company at any given time without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days, or the period indicated by the company at any given time, from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of this right before the withdrawal deadline expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days, or such other day as the company indicates from time to time, from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent them back, depending on which condition is met first.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to:
- The supply of goods made according to the consumer and user's specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
- The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
